Going to the office is good. Have zero issues but what I have a problem understanding is when you call certain departments aren't open when the facility says on google that the office is open at 8am. I've reached out to the prescription department 5 times to get a refill on my meds that I only use when I feel severe pain which is what I'm feeling now. The call goes straight to voicemail an says they will call you by end of day but they never do. This part of the business needs to be better.

To whom it may concern, I was treated very very poorly by Dr. Gerber. He is very condescending. Extremely rude and has 0 patience. When I was in the room prior to the Cortizone shot he made me feel very stupid and embarrassed me because I could not hear his request regarding my pointing of the toes. Fortunately, his assistant was able to explain to me what to do with my toes as silly as it sounds. When the exam was over, I grabbed my jacket and went to put on my jacket and he basically threw me out of the office by rushing me out telling me abruptly that I could put the jacket on outside. I have never in my life experienced this before. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. Specially from a professional doctor somebody that I depend on to treat me in a respectful way. His bedside manner was awful. My experience took place November 10, 2023 and it is now November 14, 2023 and I have not received an apology from Dr. Gerber. He is well aware that I am extremely upset of how I was treated because I personally spoke to the manager Denise.

I don’t do reviews. But, I need to now. I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Sider. I had a lot of pain in my knee. I had only one consultation with him when he was in private practice. He recommended knee surgery due to a torn meniscus. I agreed. Little did I know, he was already contracted with Orlin & Cohen. I hate this group. He did my surgery. I only found out when I went to physical therapy the following day. Most of the front desk people are clueless. I want to add, tried for 3 weeks to get my medical records. Paid for them. I finally found a new Dr. But, he wanted my MRI prior to surgery. Dr. Sided never sent it. I now have the report. Dr. Sider should have tried more conservative therapies. DO NOT USE this Dr.This Dr. Has totally ruined my quality of life. Much worse than before the surgery. I can barely walk. Spend weekends at home in pain.
